Nothing! The cost of our services is already baked into the price of hotel reservations, transportation, etc. so you pay for a Travel Agent regardless of if you use one or not – so get your money's worth and let us take care of your needs!
Travel Insurance is optional, however, it does provide you with peace of mind in case anything doesn't go to plan. Travel Insurance will cover things such as, cancellation for medical reasons, trip interruption, baggage loss, medical expenses incurred while on your trip and more. Each of our travel partners offers their own version of Travel Insurance and we would be happy to offer you a quote!
Documentation varies depending on where you are coming from and where you are going. Your travel specialist will be able to provide a clear answer depending on your selected trip.
Please note - requirements often change, we will do our best to communicate any changes as quickly as possible to lessen the impact on you and your traveling party.
Depending on the documentation required and where you live, required travel documents may be obtained at a number of places; Post Offices, Town Halls etc.

A standard hotel reservation is simply a room only reservation (some hotels include breakfast), while an All Inclusive reservation typically includes unlimited drinks, meals, and snacks along with the room.
Circle of Dreams is here to support you every step of the way and will provide reminders throughout the process. If you need to book flights or transportation to / from the airport these tasks will need to be completed on your own.
Every airport has its own rules and processes, similar with each unique airline. Depending on the airport you choose, we would recommend you research estimated wait times for security and travel times between terminals to ensure you arrive to your gate on time.
We accept all major Debit and Credit cards as well as Gift Cards. To request or process payment we ask that you please complete our Payment Form and your travel specialist will process your payment on your behalf.
Absolutely not! While many will ghost you over smaller trips, we are here to help you no matter the budget.
This is just one more aspect of traveling that can pile on the stress unnecessarily for the most part, but it is most definitely prudent to do a quick check for your specific destination.
